Job Description

Regional Financial Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between accounting teams in China, Europe and India, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Facilitate cross-region communication and collaboration to streamline financial processes and resolve issues.
• Support the regional teams in the implementation of best practices and consistent reporting standards

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports for management.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for global stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in financial reporting, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure that all financial operations comply with relevant local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with global finance, accounting, and operations teams to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of financial information for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Provide financial training and guidance to regional accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

System Integration & Optimization

• Lead and manage the integration of financial systems across regions (Europe, India, and other global locations).
• Work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth implementation and continuous optimization of financial systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ensure financial systems are aligned with global and regional regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or other relevant degrees with a professional certification, e.g. CPA, ACCA.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years working with different countries or geographies.
• Strong understanding of international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision or other ERP).
• Strong system integration and automation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different cultural and regional teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• You'll have one weekday off and one weekend off each week

Job Requirements
