Responsibilities of the role:

Influencer Expert:

• Develop and strategize influencer marketing approach for the brand
• Analyse Influencer data to align with business goals and propose actionable interventions
• Identify top competitors and analyse their unique strategies; prepare a comprehensive analysis report.
• Identify competitive and landscape content trends using available tools & map Influencer trends and recommend strategies
• Track key content points (KCPs) and recommend ideas
• Assist in developing content calendar ideas
• Collaborate with Brand POC to build the KOL plan for the month; share KOL insights and interventions
• Refine growth measurement for Influencer approach; understand and improve attribution metrics
• Confidently participate in pitches while working collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Amazon Expert:

• Develop comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to deliver business goals
• Design campaigns on Monthly basis with the Brand team
• Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as sales, ROI, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and customer acquisition cost.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure Amazon advertising strategies are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.
• Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and strategies to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Implement best practices for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

In six months:

• Independently provide Ecom & Influencer solutions towards ad-hoc request from clients
• Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges in regards to Amazon & Influencers
• Mentor Interns and assist in leading a small-scale project (identify needs, formulate ideas into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager
• Improved workflow efficiencies across the teams
• Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them
• Driving cross-channel synergy – Connect the power across Media & Brand Teams

In 12 months:

• Be comfortable in developing proposals and preparing Influencer & Amazon media strategies in line with the overall campaign
• Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Amazon & Influencer matters
• Be confident in taking part in pitches whilst working together with the rest of the agency

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good understanding of all Influencer Media
• Experience in managing multi market campaigns (globally / regionally)
• Proven record of success in running audience-based/performance driven/direct response campaigns
• Comfortable using Microsoft excel/automated dashboards, etc. – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
• Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
• Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
