Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Experience with projects in Indonesia, Vietnam or India and/or ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage the intake and processing of new membership applications, including eligibility and take responsibility for the entire process.

· Manage member relations as the primary point of contact for individuals and organisations.

· Coordinate membership renewal processes and reminders.

· Manage the membership database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

· Promote certifications to members and assist in the application process.

· Promote corporate membership to new and existing organisations.

· Assist in the development of new products/services to drive the membership department.

· Coordinate logistics, invitations, and communications for events related to membership and partnerships.

· Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials targeting both existing and prospective members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or events management and/or with at least 3 years of working experience. Prior experience in an engagement role, events management, or a professional membership body would be an added advantage.

• Experience in developing and managing outreach programmes aligned with the organisation's established goals.

• Proven experience in membership management, partnership development, or related roles, with a focus on launching and implementing new corporate membership programme.

• A proven track record of successful project management and event coordination.

• Adept at defining problems, collecting relevant data, and drawing valid conclusions while delivering excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

• Able to work well independently as well as in a team and meet deadlines.

A boutique dental clinic looking for enthusiastic individual who can lead a team of dedicated dental assistants. Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.

Main responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operation.

• Billings and daily collections are properly and accurately done
• Company policies and SOPs are abided by staff
• Manage patients' complaints and service recovery
• Ensure clinic infrastructure is operationally ready and functional
• Oversee and ensure the stock levels of drugs, surgical, stationery and other supplies are adequate for smooth running of the clinic operations
• Oversee repair works (if any)

• To be able to do digital scans, photo taking for Orthodontic patients/patients that need to do Night Gurard.
• To do powerpoint presentation for orthodontic patients
• To do before and after photos for Orthodontic patients & Whitening Patients

Requirements:

-Experience in a related role is an advantage.

-Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

-Have a strong interest in service operations management, customer service or equivalent

-Able to Translate Medical terms/treatment plan/costing for non-English speaking patient is a plus

-Compensation commensurate with experience
