As the Product Manager /Business Manager - Assays, Pathology Lab, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing multiple stakeholders as the single point of contact for portfolio stakeholders, Global Functions, Regional Functions, Affiliates, etc, for all discussions regarding assigned portfolio
• Define focus areas and KPIs for marketing campaigns and team up with the other Product Managers/ Business managers within the Pathology Lab team, for innovative profitability improvement measures like paired consumables/PAB uptake/Digital Pathology Algorithms etc
• Provide support to business analysis, KPI tracking, and other projects as required
• Support affiliates in executing planned portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Utilize strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the diagnostic world in the context of overall healthcare market and environment
• Have insights into trends or technology for the assays portfolio, identify how to tap into these trends to streamline performance, become market shapers, grow market share and outperform the competition, through the Pathology Lab Communities
• Around 30% travel will be required for this role.

Who You Are:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Science; advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, Medical Degree, or PhD) preferably with over 10 years of relevant work experience within the industry;

Job Scope:

• Perform analytical iesting accurately and efficiently and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform equipment verification and calibration in accordance to procedures.
• Document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
• Performs quality review of completed test records, approval of QC samples/lot disposition in the Laboratory
