Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day maintenance activities at various sites in Singapore
• Support troubleshooting on site for PV system, including equipment replacement
• Support emergency respond to site when critical alarm occur and prepare preliminary report
• Support/Perform de-energization and re-energization of PV system as when customer request for shutdown of PV System (this work is usually weekend work)
• Perform inspection on PV System according to checklist
• Perform testing & commissioning of PV System according to checklist
• Perform Infrared Scanning on PV AC Switchboard, Isolator, PV Panels and Inverters.
• Set up, configure and troubleshoot network switches, industrial router and data logger to connect to pyranometer, weather station, temperature sensor, revenue meters and etc.
• -Perform 5S and continuous improvement at workplace
• Manage external vendor for routine/ad-hoc activities

Requirements:

• Nitec/ ITE / Diploma / Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Work at height certificate for worker / supervisor preferred
• Able to support weekend work activities if needed
• Waterproofing knowledge will be advantageous
• Prefer to have personal transport with Class 2B and Class 3 license

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of mechanical or electrical installations and equipment. Provides general assistance in the maintenance of the company’s plant, machinery, building and associated facilities. Carries out routine inspection and servicing of the company’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, refrigeration plants and air-conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems, machinery and equipment. Attends to complaints from users and carries out minor repairs. Monitors and keeps daily records of readings on various gauges, thermometers, pumps and other equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to correct any malfunctioning.

· Equipment in a safe and operational state of readiness at all times in order to fulfil daily operation requirements.

· Carry out preventive maintenance checks on allocated machines

· Carry out troubleshooting on the allocated machines to find the root cause and repair the defective machines to minimize downtime.

· Actively works on ongoing review, improve & monitor manufacturing capabilities to improve operational performance and efficiencies.

• Assist the Operations Manager/Executive & Building Supervisor on a day to day operations
• Attend to the breakdown of the air-conditioning system, plumbing and electrical issue
• Attend to complaints, calls and queries from tenants on operation related matters
• Troubleshoot some minor technical / facility problems
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance work schedule
• Conduct daily inspections (checklist)
• Recommend and suggest preventive maintenance or repair to the Operations Manager/Executive & Building Supervisor to minimize emergency breakdown of service
• Carry out joint inspections with the term service provider during the regular servicing
• Supervise to ensure that repair and replacement work are carried out properly by a term service provider or contractor in a timely manner
• To supervise & monitor term service providers & contractors to make sure they comply with workplace safety & health legislation, guideline & code of practice
• To sign off service provider service report
• To assist in Marcom events when necessary such as sound system & lightings
• To call & coordinate M&E breakdown with the service provider
• To inspect daily for units under fitting out during fit-out period and units under reinstatement
• Check the vacant unit/units which are taking-over or handing-over, to draw up technical / building specifications eg. to confirm the electrical / exhaust capacity, water & drainage provisions etc.
