We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance. This role requires excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a

strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of [specific equipment or systems].

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

• Respond promptly to service requests and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, service requests, and inventory usage.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all tasks.

• Provide technical support and training to customers or team members as required.

• Recommend system improvements and upgrades to clients based on performance

assessments.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• To perform general maintenance duties in building & machineries & equipments.
• To perform preventive maintenance on machines & equipments bt cleaning, lubricating, greasing etc for optimization.
• To perform minior electrical work not requiring licence such as office lighting, appliances etc.
• To apply paint or varnish all types of surfaces for protection
• Perform related duties as required such as external support or repair
• To assist in recording facility utilities.
• To carry routine inspections on all operating machineries & equipments
• To ensure all ad-hoc work are carried out

Minimum ITE with relevant fields

Able to work as a team

Efficient and adhere to KPI's given

Conform to WSH guidelines

Work at height certificate a plus
