Job Description:

• Conduct sampling and perform routine/non-routine microbial & chemical analyses such as purified water, raw materials, bulk products, finished products, and stability samples in accordance with approved procedures.

Internal Engagement and Problem Sourcing

The Role:

• Production Monitoring: Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 standards during production operations.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine QC checks, manage QA-held products, and oversee critical control points (CCP) implementation.
• Lab Management: Maintain QC lab, sample retention, QA hold areas, and ensure compliance with 5S standards.
• Testing & Analysis: Perform microbial, pH, swab tests, and incoming material inspections, including COA reviews.
• Complaint Handling: Assist in evaluating complaints and retention samples to identify root causes.
• Calibration & Chemical Preparation: Support equipment calibration and prepare chemical solutions for production.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to food and worker safety practices.
