• Schedule the testing programmes according to priority
• Execute the soil testing works to determine the physical and mechanical of the soil samples: Supervise the technicians to prepare the correct samples for soil testing (e.g., check the assignment and UD soil samples)
• Carry out extrusion of the soil samples
• Liaise with clients for samples that are unable to meet their requirements for their decision-making
• Carry out the soil tests according to BS standards or standards specified by clien and submit the approved soil testing reports to clients

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional and high-quality nail services to clients, including but not limited to nail care, painting, tips, extensions, etc.

2. Design and recommend suitable nail styles based on client needs and fashion trends.

3. Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, ensuring all tools and materials used meet hygiene standards.

4. Maintain good communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and willingness to return.

5. Continuously learn and master new nail techniques and fashion trends to enhance personal skills and professional level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on arcade machines, including video games, redemption machines, and mechanical games.
• Ensure all machines are functioning properly and address any technical issues promptly.
• Calibrate, test, and adjust machine settings for optimal gameplay and customer satisfaction.
• Handle installation and setup of new arcade equipment.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and staff.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and incidents.
• Assist with machine upgrades and software updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an arcade technician or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, and wiring.
• Familiarity with arcade games, redemption systems, and related technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge for system configurations and updates.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy arcade machines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Certification in electronics or a related field.
• Experience working in the entertainment or arcade industry.
• Knowledge of ticket redemption systems and card reader technologies.

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.

Job Scope:

1) Maintenance of Field Instruments for multiple Process Plants.

2) Troubleshooting and problem solving for field Instruments.

4) Electrical equipment troubleshooting and general maintenance for the process plant.

To carry out routine daily / weekly / monthly inspections on building equipments and systems

To carry out front line troubleshooting / retification on equipment fault and electrical tripping

• Installation, inspects, maintainance, and repairs various types and brand of all types of commercial & residential air conditioners
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system
• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc
• Recommends appropriate repair and improvement works to customers
• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers’ residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance services
