Responsibilities:

Reporting to Cost & Contracts Lead, this position will be focusing on the below:

• Measure and value work in progress, determine the value of variations ordered by the architect or engineer and ensure that a fair and equitable settlement of the cost of the project is reached in accordance with the contract conditions.
• Active involvement in terms of regular performance reviews with assigned Project Teams, including that of aligning critical Project Construction Costs & Budgeting, including that of deep diving into Value Engineering for Procurement Cost Related Risks.
• Lead both customer and/or supplier end to end RFQ processes, including that of executing procurement of provisional sum items for assigned projects where necessary.
