Job Description:

• Able to read & interpret tender specifications/ drawings.
• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Responsible for the preparation of a complete mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, including tabulate pricing, sourcing of supplier, BQ takeoff and Value Engineering, etc.
• Responsible for collating tender documents for submission.
• Perform administrative duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with proven track record.
• Interdependent with good communication skills.
• Must possess good working attitude with self-motivation and commitment.
• Possess competency in using Word, Excel, PDF converter, etc.
