Technical Competencies

• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AUTO CAD • Prepare drawings & BIM Modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works. • Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner. • Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage. • Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress. • Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards. • Able to adapt to other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project • Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary • Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts • Any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent. • Certificate in BIM Revit • Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level. • Able to work independent as well as a good team player. • Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information. • Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering - MEP. • Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works

1. Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation；
2. Preparation and resolution of contractual claims; finalization of accounts; as well implementation of cost control measures；
3. Source / Liaise /Negotiate with suppliers & vendors on quotations and requirements；
4. Prepare, submit and monitor contractual claims in accordance to construction progress, milestone payments and evaluate variation orders by working closely with the construction team.
5. Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments;
6. Attend meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works;
7. Candidates with experience in calculating Cabinet related quantity will be preferred;
