Summary:

In this position at IME, you will be part of Advanced Process Module (APM) team developing and maintaining LPCVD poly-Si, TEOS oxide and low stress SiN processes for SiC power and Si/Ge-based photonics devices. Besides, you will also look after oxidation and dopant activation / damage anneal process. In this role, you will work closely with SiC and Photonics process integration & device design teams as well as key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process qualification and acceptance of LPCVD, Oxidation and Activator furnaces.
• Process development and process maintenance of LPCVD poly-Si, TEOS oxide, Low-stress SiN, ultra-high temperature oxidation, pre/post oxidation annealing, dopant activation and damage annealing for SiC power and Si/Ge-based photonics devices.
• Performing in-line and offline metrology for respective processes.
• Responsible for process quality and process deviation/ issue troubleshooting.
• To provide technical support for technology transfer and process release requirements.
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Out of Control Plan (OCAP) and other technical documentation for fab line to follow.
• Design of experiments and execution for process development and troubleshooting.
• Coordination with equipment team for maintenance of the tool.
• Preparation of technical presentations, publications, and technology disclosures.
• Working with IME's power electronics-related team to solve key technical challenges in the SiC power electronics industry.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Materials Science / EE / Physics or equivalent degree with at least 8-10 years hands-on experience in the field.
• Strong communication, industry awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated to succeed, a self-starter who is driven and able to work with others effectively to "get things done".
• Knowledge of RTP process with some experience will be a plus.

Worley is in bid phase for an Integrated Project Management based in Singapore and is looking for expressions of interest for a Lead Electrical Engineer for a commitment of 12 months with the opportunity to extend.

About You:

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:

• B.S. or equivalent degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university with minimum 12 years relevant experience in LNG / Oil & Gas Projects.
• Min 3 years experience as Lead in the LNG / Oil & Gas Projects
• Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices to be applied for LNG & oil/gas projects during EPC phase of execution.
• Experience to manage EPC deliverables.
• Must have proven ability to contribute during development of electrical system studies and safety reviews
• Experience in LNG industry desirable.
• Should possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills for communication at all levels and across all functions
• Responsible for ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met
• Responsible for the overall delivery of the projects, quality control, management reporting, risk planning etc.
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
• Strong leadership and organization skills;
• Ability work without supervision;
• Fluent and effective communicator in spoken and written English
• International and/or experience in SE Asia in the LNG / Oil & Gas industry projects

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

1. Manage Accelerated Digitalization (AD) demand pipeline in countryWork with sites and analyse operational data to identify AD opportunities
   Provide operations teams with assistance in the initial site assessment and technology matching based on AD toolkits and published materials.
   Actively work with functions such as Solutions Design on opportunity assessment and BCA development for complex robotics projects.
   
2. Support AD project deploymentsWork with country Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure that appropriate internal resources have been allocated to each AD implementation project where BCA has been approved.
   Escalate demand and supply side issues regionally as required.
   Lead vendor liaison on AD opportunities in country such as getting proposals, conducting site evaluations or trials.
   
3. Capability development at country levelInfluence and coach operations to improve opportunity identification, accelerate site assessment, resolve implementation issues etc.
   Develop country-wide digitalization capability by sharing regional and global collateral/training material/standardized templates.
   Provide regular updates to local SMT and operations on Regional AD policies and product development.
   Liaise with local vendors and recommend them for regional engagement if they are promising.
   
4. Program management and reportingResponsible for performance tracking, monitoring and governance of AD and non-AD deployment plans in country.
   Document lessons learnt and conduct post implementation reviews within country and region.
   Provide regular updates to Regional Team on AD Activities in country.
   Engage Regional SMEs if assistance is required, especially in the area of vendor liaison and BCA development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, especially operational and business improvement projects that are cross-functional.
• Good influencing and communication skills
• Good analytical skills and experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Industrial Engineering and familiarity with Warehouse Operations process flows highly desirable
