About us

The Operations project lead will be an individual contributor (with no direct reports) leading the Dyson cross functional (GSC) Global supply chain project team and manage a Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) partnership.

Job Purpose

The WREF & EHS, Site Lead is responsible for the management and delivery of workplace, infrastructure and services at the commercial sites encompassing Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, and ensuring that these supports and facilitate all business operations. The role provides senior leadership and direction to their organisation (contract partners), delivering a coherent, joined up approach to employee experience and aligning to their customers business strategy.

• Possess Degree in related Games Design discipline who have conceptualised from 0 to 1 and shipped at least 1 or more successful mobile game in the last 2 to 3 years.

• Develop project charter consisting of project plan, budget & schedule.

• Provide project status report to steering committee and stakeholders.

• Allocate, arrange, review, and recommend resource allocation.

• Define and validate business needs and subsequently prioritize them.

• Highlight things that require approval via change management process i.e. process change, requirement change after sign-off, policy change, etc.

• Liaise between Vendor and Project team and act as point of contact.

• Ensure the project is run within allocated resources and within approved budget, any changes to be immediately highlighted to the steering committee.

• Deliver ERP solution considering various technology components.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients (student athletes & academic clients) and other consultants to provide support for client requirements and priorities. These include – College career planning for clients in collaboration with other consultants, Communication with US university/college admissions, coaches and other professionals.
• Educating students and parents about colleges, the college admissions process, trends, procedures, and testing; advising and supporting clients and families as they go through the process; help students and families aspire realistically and choose wisely.
• Advising students and families on curricular choices leading to college admissions for different educational systems, especially aspects unique to them, especially for sports, athletic clients.
• Ideate, Execute, and course correct the client engagement strategy. Helping students, athletes, not only apply to college but clarify their grander vision. Understand their strengths, weaknesses, goals and development needs.
• Brainstorm with clients and their families for student profile building.
• Making informational presentations to parents and other audiences through webinars, discussion forums.
• Being aware of issues and trends in college admission, higher education, testing, as well as keeping up-to-date about specific colleges and representing AddedEducation at relevant conferences and events.
• Maintaining and disseminating information about standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, and TOEFL.
• To coordinate with partners / vendors to ensure all dependencies to or from AddedEducation are being met.

Required Skills

• A good Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university

Responsibilities:

• Leading the customer with world class business / technical advisory and ensuring that the tools made available are utilised appropriately to maximise the probability of renewals. i.e., Account Plan, Entitlements, QBR/CSAT, Value Realisation, Account 360
• Proactively driving new opportunities on CASE Accounts to identify at least $1 of opportunities for every $1 the customer has spent on CASE. e.g., $100K customer > $100k of additional opportunities (excluding renewals)
• Assisting Sales and Presales to proactively grow the list of active CASE customers through the acquisition of new logos.

Qualifications:

• Have an IT Degree, relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Have at least 7+ years of successful ServiceNow support/delivery
• General understanding of ServiceNow licensing
• Self-motivation to proactively utilise the ServiceNow and Enable training tools with a can-do attitude, to embrace the opportunities that arise when working for a dynamically growing organisation
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills
• A clear understand of ITIL Service Management practices with specific focus on Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Experience in providing application support in ServiceNow
• Experience in prioritising competing demands and achieve results with customer focused approach
• Strong business acumen, analytical mind focused on problem-solving, strong technical skills and customer presentation skills
• Successful teamwork experience and intuitive understanding when to escalate
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases ideally from Orlando to most recent release, ability to clearly articulate release updates and impacts to customers
