Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a full-stack engineering team and guide the development of features and infrastructure across both web and mobile.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap.
• Work closely with product and operations teams and company leaders to ensure the technology platform is evolving to meet business needs and keep pace with technology trends
• Ensure alignment with the key business stakeholders and effectively manage resources and remove obstacles to accomplish business goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of local and multiple offshore development teams
• Ensure that the entire team delivers software on-time and on-budget while maintaining a level of innovation required

• MS/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields with strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience. Strong plus if also knows C++ and backend well
• 3+ years of professional engineering management experience
• Programming experience and understanding of modern technology including: (ReactJS/React Native, NodeJS, Kubernetes, GCP, MongoDB, Docker)
• Experience managing cloud operations for reliability, scalability, and security in GCP/AWS
• Experience recruiting, hiring and onboarding engineering talent

We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team at our flagship store in Singapore - a key figure in the overall offline brand experience.

The current position offered will be Retail Team Lead or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations ie. opening, closing, daily stock take, customer service, cashiering, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
• Ensuring excellent in-store customer service and experience
• Achieving or exceeding the brand's sales and customer growth targets
• Planning and executing all in-store activities required by the Group
• Building strong in-store loyalty with customers, and assisting with analysis of trends, customer insights and demographics to increase brand loyalty
• Assisting in reporting on product and overall sales performance
• Working closely with the Retail & Community Manager on rostering, maintaining service and disciplinary standards

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
• Able to converse fluently in English
• Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)

• Acting on behalf of the client on a large-scale manufacturing facility

Roles & Responsibilities:

To establish continuity with our key client as the trusted partner, provide leadership to the

regional and operational Program Management Office team, and build on the high-value

program management service in line with the global framework.

· Be the key client interface for all Real Estate stakeholders 

· Providing subject-matter expertise to the client in all areas of capital programs and

projects in Real Estate, bridging the opportunity and deliverables to the client’s

enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

· Managing and leveraging of the resources available at the Program Management

Office, and the wider Turner & Townsend business to provide a high-value service to

the client.

· Building on the legacy as a trusted partner with the client, bringing value delivery to

the Program Management Office service, providing advisory based on sector and

industry knowledge.

· Providing the key link between the peer regions, central and offshore program

management teams, the client’s internal and external delivery teams, and

supporting business units, driving excellence in capital programs.

· Reach back and two-way knowledge transfer between related capital project delivery

teams under the client’s framework, and peer Program Management Office teams

working on similar Real Estate portfolios within Turner & Townsend business.

· Full-time client facing, managing a team of client’s stakeholders, working with the

regional leadership team, portfolio managers and planners.

Job description: 

• Develop creative concept and innovative solutions across disciplines and mediums including Visual Identity, Print Design, Packaging, POSM, Digital
• Deliver and maintain agency’s creative vision on all projects from creative brief to design work completion
• Brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions with a creative team when necessary
• Good in presentation skills: able to lead clients  and teammates through their design ideas and rationale.
• Manage time efficiently and work in an organized fashion
• Works well within a team or solo
• Good with feedback and cross department collaborations.
• A quick hand is a bonus in this role. The ability to put together design ideas with some degree of speed would be an important asset
• Manages pressure well and knows when to ask for help
• Vocal and not afraid to speak their opinion.
• Good attitude is a must
