The role of the Lead Counsellor is to coordinate the GESS Counselling Team and Counselling Programs. The key responsibilities are developing professional counselling practices and procedures and implementing programmes and initiatives around mental health and social-emotional wellbeing across the school. • Oversea the Program Management Office, PMO for NBS

• Champion annual work planning reviews with stakeholders, from budget to agreement with users

• Manage and operationalize demand management process with rigor in governance & compliance

Requirements / Qualifications

• Programme management experience; preferably in managing programmes in a large-sized organization operating in a highly complex environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Automation, MS SharePoint Workflow Automation; hands on Tableau reporting will be advantageous

The associate lead consultant is responsible for delivering technical and strategic consulting services to clients in the area of DevSecOps and Platform service delivery while also supporting the lead consultant in managing project execution. This role involves leading small teams, collaborating with

cross-functional groups and ensuring that client objectives are met with high quality solutions. The associate lead consultant needs to be agile enough to wear a technical hat and manage operations simultaneously.

Project Delivery and execution:

• Lead small to mid-sized engagements or work streams within larger projects.

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Has at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Technical proficiency in DevSecOps and industry solutions
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux & Windows based environments.
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, NGINX).
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, VMware Tanzu, Openshift, Docker).
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with OSS tools, DevOps CI/CD and testing tools/techniques (eg. Github Actions, Selenium, SonarQube) will be an added advantage.
