This Position will support the Supply Chain/Customer Service funcion in Singapore, responsible for the day to day operations from a supply chain management perspective and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) by resolving internal and external customer inquiries related to Customer Service function, serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (3PL) and customers. • Oversee Singapore Supply Chain to ensure all Supply Chain related activities done on time and deliver as per Sales / Customers’ need
• Manage 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth operations and meet KPI (to ensure all inbound,outbound, delivery, billing, monthly consignment stock count, annual stock count perform as per schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely AP records for CEG, KIE, KLCII & KEPL
• Collate vendor invoices from all centers of the above entities
• Key in invoices into GP Dynamics financial software
• Batch invoices for intercompany billing, fixed assets processing, and prepayment
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger
• Run monthly AP aging reports
• Process AP payments via bank transfers, computer checks, and/or manual checks
• Maximize the productivity of the accounts payable department
• Ensure timely and effective management of AP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
• Experience with GP Dynamics financial software preferred

Responsibilities:

Duties
