We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing quality audits, and improving clinical governance across our healthcare facilities. This role will involve working closely with various internal teams to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore healthcare regulations, including MOH clinical licenses, NEA safety licenses, and MOM safety licenses.
· Oversee the maintenance of NEHR accounts, Medisave account maintenance, and compliance with insurance and NIR (National Immunization Registry) requirements.
· Support clinical teams in understanding and adhering to regulatory requirements by providing training and updates on compliance standards.
Quality Audits & Clinical Operations:
· Plan and conduct quality audits to ensure that clinical operations meet internal SOPs and external regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with clinical teams to continuously improve SOP maintenance and ensure consistent implementation across all clinics.
· Analyze and prepare reports on infection control surveillance, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement programs.
Incident Reporting:
· Manage the incident reporting process, ensuring all incidents are investigated thoroughly and corrective actions are implemented.
· Assist in the handling of incidents, ensuring that all legal and regulatory obligations are met.
Process Improvement & Change Management:
· Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and workflow redesign.
· Implement changes in response to new regulations, partner requirements, and evolving clinical needs.
Documentation & Reporting:
· Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to clinical governance, audit findings, and compliance status.
· Assist with literature reviews to ensure quality initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with the latest clinical guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality management, compliance, or clinical governance.
· Prior experience in regulatory compliance, including MOH, NEA, and MOM licenses, is preferred.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Familiarity with Singapore’s NEHR, Medisave, and NIR systems.
· Experience with quality audits, incident reporting, and handling medico-legal cases is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey compliance requirements and quality improvements to different teams.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
