We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRBGeneralist with strong follow-through skills to focus primarily on HR administration and managing employee inquiries.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing employee experiences. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR activities while contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects, offering a great opportunity to expand your HR expertise in a dynamic and growing environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee comprehensive HR administrative tasks, ensuring all processes run smoothly and accurately.
Prepare employee contracts and all HR-related letters.
Manage employee benefits and claims processes, including WICA reporting and follow-ups with insurers.
Collaborate with payroll vendors to finalize payroll calculations and maintain accurate employee records.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular HR expense calculations and submissions
Maintain and manage inventory for stationery and uniforms.
Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including applicant screening and interview coordination.
Organize campus recruitment efforts, such as industrial attachments, traineeships, career talks, and career fairs.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
