ADNOVA PTE LTD undertakes corporate secretarial services for its clients. It has a team of professionals focused on tailoring its services to the specific needs of its clients in the provision of corporate secretarial services.

The successful candidate(s) will undertake the maintenance of statutory registers and the drafting of company resolutions for the firm's corporate clients. He or she will also assist in general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident (Foreigners on MOE bond may also apply. We are not in a position to consider foreigners who are not bonded to MOE)
• Degree / Polytechnic Diploma
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Salary will commiserate with qualifications and experience

Primary Role

Information Security Officer (ISO):

• Develop, implement, review, update, and enforce information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review and check IT processes, systems, and controls
• Identify, assess, and manage information security risks including suggest of improvements and recommendations
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead the response to information security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

Secondary Role

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems through phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Assist users with system access, password resets, and account management.
• Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices.
  • Ensure that software licenses are properly managed and adhered to.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT support processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
