Mallal & Namazie, a boutique firm with a long history is looking for a motivated individual to join our practice as a Paralegal / Legal Secretary.


The Paralegal / Legal Secretary will assist in providing administrative support to the lawyers.


The candidate for the Paralegal / Legal Executive position should have / be:

• A Diploma in Law or equivalent qualification / experience;

• A high degree of attention to detail and excellent management skills;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Able to work independently and autonomously as well as part of a team;

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); and

• A Singaporean / Permanent Resident.
