Job Description

• Help with the setting up of meetings/calls as per required.
• Cordination of document signatures via an on-line tool or physically (via courier)
• Assist with the filing of agreements, advices or any other type of documents using the filing system used by the Legal Department.
• Include changes or amdnemnts into documents following the instructions of the Legal Director.
• Preparation of presentations using Power Point/excel files as per requested.
• Creation of vendors and proceed with vendors payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Coordinate booking of work trips/ Visa applications, when required
• Support with the submssion of T&E expenses.
• Assist with coordination of any projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualification/ PSC. Entry level candidates are welcome
• Outgoing personality with strong customer service mindset
• 2-3 year of experience working as a front office or admin/secretarial role
• Confident and has the ability to interact with all level of people over the phone & in person
• Has experience/passion in coordinating events and drafting communication-related work
• Strong spoken English
• Good organization skills, Meticulous with details.
• Display high level of collaboration, Good team player1
• Well versed with MS office with basic excel/word knowledge
• No of working days : 1 and half days /week (Monday-full day and Wed half day preferably)
• Work Location: Central
• Duration: 6 months, possibility to extend for an extra 3 months

Accounts Executive (Fund Accounting)

Location: Robinson Road
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours : 9:30AM - 6PM

Upon confirmation:
Can choose 8:30AM - 5PM / Default hours
Salary : $3,200 - $4,000 (Experience 3 – 5 years)

We are a professional firm offering Accounting, Tax, Corporate Secretarial & advisory services and we specialize in Marine, Investment Fund, Real Estate & Crypto industry. We mainly support Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Note: Senior Executive role includes coaching, guiding and review Executive & Assistant’s work

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Must possess experience in managing multiple entities’ full sets of accounts & consolidation / prior work experience in professional firms.
• Candidates who are currently studying / attained Accounting Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA are advantageous)
