Key responsibilities

• Project manage and end-to-end coordination of all firm, practice and client events hosted by the Singapore office (seminars, webinars, boardroom lunches, client dinners, cocktail functions, sporting events, and other client targeted activities). This includes:

1. researching and developing event concepts, venues, catering options, and tracking expenditure against budget
2. preparing and distributing event communications, and managing distribution lists

Job Descriptions
• Handle all import/export documentation, shipping procedures, and coordination, including shipment planning.
• Issue purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Manage shipping documents, customs declarations, permits, and compile invoice data.

About the Role

Legal Entity Controllers (LEC) is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial and regulatory reporting for the Firm. Finance prepares external reports for public and regulatory filings and internal reporting for financial oversight and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce legal entity financial statements and liaise with external auditors for financial audit
• Produce legal entity regulatory reporting for submission to regulators (e.g. Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Stock Exchange, the Federal Reserve Bank (U.S.), National Futures Association, Commodities Future Trading Commission, etc)
• Perform financial close process including analytical review
• Monitor and track different key metrics for regulated entities (e.g. financial performance, regulatory ratios etc.)
• Produce legal entity level reporting for key governance forums (Meeting of Board of Directors, Asset and Liability Committees)
• Produce legal entity financial reporting for submission to government agencies (e.g. Department of Statistics)
• Partner with Tax department and Tax agents on tax related matter and corporate tax filings
• Partner with internal / global stakeholders on various initiatives and projects.
• Perform regulatory impact assessment and User Acceptance Testing of regulatory reporting system to support new business initiatives and regulatory developments.
• Review, evaluate and streamline processes and control frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal governance standards, controls, policies and external regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Training Admin:

• Manage L&D group mailbox.
• Set up Catalogue and Courses on LMS.
• Track mandatory eLearning completion status and send reminder emails to delinquents.
• Track and upload learning hours for in-house, external, and online training sessions.
• Support Learners Registration on external training sites, all types of training including mandatory eLearning.

• Manage Leave group mailbox.
• Support leave management such as joiner, leave, year-end leave calculation and staff queries.
• Liaise with staff, manager and HR (BP, Payroll) to obtain necessary information needed for calculating actual leave entitlement/utilization of leave days.
• Support system enhancement, review leave application process, preparation of user requirements, UAT relating to use of SAP SF Leave System.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Leave & Training Admin. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
