Job Description

- Lead in handling sales operations in the company.

- Develop new business leads, signing new corporate and business group contracts.

- Oversee performance of sales team; lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.

- Establish sales plan and justify plans to superior management.

- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

- Preparing sales budget, projections and approving expenditures.

- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product or service.

- Effective point of contact between customers and internal support teams.

- Maintains strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints and understanding needs.

Job Requirement

- Excellent skills in selling & building client relationships.

- Results driven individual who is capable of meeting personal sales targets and lead sales team.

- Possess good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication skills and leadership skills.

- Strong Business Acumen.

- Chef or Sales in Food Related Products (Meat Industry) is a plus.

- At least a Bachelor degree holder in relevant field.

- Able to work on Saturday, 5.5 days a week.

- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Sales Executive position.

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Marketing to join our team!

As a Senior Executive, Marketing, we rely on you to:

• Support and deliver strategic internal and external marketing plans that creatively advance reputation and business objectives.
• Amplify messaging and the publicity outreach program to maintain effective media coverage of hotel in local and key markets through distribution of press releases and newsworthy articles, media and influencer hosting programs and engagement.
• Amplify messaging for projects and events across multiple channels including print, email, web, social media, advertising, and media listings
• Identify, develop content and execute email and social media strategies to increase engagement and positive sentiment in local and key markets.
• Support loyalty program initiatives through communication, activation and campaigns, working closely with the hotel, regional and HQ teams
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Actively supports hotel related programs including training and CSR

Job Function:

· Finance: Provide appropriate and accurate accounting records and financial statements in a timely manner for Aldersgate Methodist Church, including Aldersgate Praise Centre.

· Able to provide variance analysis of the accounts

· Able to extract and collate data requested for analysis, budget preparation/evaluation and ad hoc reporting.

· Able to handle online cash management matters

· Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors and consultants.

· Administration: Provide administrative, clerical and reception support for Aldersgate Methodist Church.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or equivalent in accounting with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.

· Able to maintain a full set of accounts including preparation of financial statements

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Meticulous with attention to details and precision in account reconciliation and report generation.

· A commitment to good interpersonal relationships, teamwork and support of church ministries

· A commitment to confidentiality regarding all financial records, both of the church and staff, and the members.

· Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)

· Knowledge of accounting software- MYOB etc is desirable
