• Critical support towards the management and operations of the Golf Department and Club successfully.
• Support outdoor golf operations/events/play and provide service to members/public
• Supervise, co-ordinate and administration of operation of club and golf events, competitions and games
• Handle incident/accident issues reported like dangerous play, slow play, buggy or club damage, hole in one etc.
• Follow-up and resolve complaints relating to incidents /accidents and compile and collate witnesses’ statements from parties such as staff on duty and members involved.
• Respond to all member / guest concerns with tact and professionalism while comply to Club’s by-laws and policy
• Support operation including the team of marshal, bag and buggy steward to promote seamless service to members and visitors.
• Support staff by training, delegating, and problem solving before and during event operation
• Perform Golf Administration; record-keeping; documentation
• Generate monthly reports for Golf Operations and Management
• Assist to continually improve existing club events to ensure an active and well-attended calendar of golf activities
• Operate and make decisions in the best interest of the club
• Attend meetings as required
• Assist the management with assigned projects and tasks

Requirements:

• Relevant sports golf knowledge
• Level of position dependent on individual experiences

• Able to commit working rotating shift daily 8 hours of work (Operations start 6.45am to 8pm, off day on Monday and another day on weekday / weekend)

About the Role:

• Marketing of vacant properties / space for leasing
• Ensuring all leasing matters such as new tenancies, renewals, terminations, etc. are followed through
• Tenancy management including handling of tenants’ requests & feedbacks
• Pre-marketing assessment on managed properties including market research
• Liaise with the landlord representatives on all tenancy matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
• Liaise with the site team on handing and taking over of units and upgrading, renovation and maintenance works of the managed properties
• Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
• Preparing summary and updates for monthly meeting

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-level perspective while being hands-on in operational planning and execution.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ experience of working experience of at least Head Chef (Catering Industry or Banqueting min >3,000 meals).
• Experience with Cook & Chill Cooking Methods and/or R&D experience would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with a mindset of being a mentor for the kitchen team.
• Positive with a can-do attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as needed, 6-day work week.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification. Possess higher food certifications would be an advantage.
• Able to learn and adapt swiftly. Computer literate and/or IT-savvy.
