• Provide secretariat support for Education Office meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Vice Dean (Education).

Qualifications

• Hold a good basic degree from a recognised institution, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior work experience in an educational institution will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Pleasant disposition, meticulous, pro-active.
• Able to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

Legal Associate

Salary: $4000 - $6000

Working Hours: 9am - 630pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Developing relevant skillsets in real estate transactions for both HDB and private properties including sale, purchase, and refinancing matters, with a view to progressively assuming conduct of more complex matters
• Meeting and corresponding with clients to provide advice and manage cases
• Preparing and reviewing of legal documents
• Drafting of letters and other correspondences
• Carrying out legal research
• Providing supervision and oversight for ongoing matters

Requirements:

• A good law degree from an accredited university
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Called to the Singapore Bar with preferably 1-2 years of PQE
• Proficiency in English required, competency in other languages an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, commitment to work tasks, and the ability to perform under pressure
• Pleasant personality and willingness to work in a team
