Job Description
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of accounts, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Explain technical nuances of various products to match customers' needs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license (Having your own transport would be an advantage).
• Experience in soft furnishing (curtains, blinds & wallpaper) will be an added advantage.
