Candidates are expected to:

• Handle and reply to customer enquiries via telephone, fax, email and social media platform(s)
• Prepare verbal and/or written quotation(s) on sales
• Follow up on all quotation(s) by making outbound calls and emails to customers to ensure the completion of the sales cycle
• Understand customers’ needs and provide additional information to identify additional sales opportunities
• Establish good rapport with existing and new customers
• Update sales and management team on customer feedback and order information
• Process sales order, liaise and coordinate with vendors, operations, logistics, and technical workshop departments for efficient and timely delivery
• Update inventory stock records and file sales-related documents
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

A successful candidate will possess:

• At least GCE "O"/"N" Level and above qualifications
• 2 years of sales-related experience, preferably in a marine industry
• Customer oriented characteristics with a positive persona
• Can-do attitude and a resilient spirit
• Willingness to put in individual effort to achieve a team-oriented outcome
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
• Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)

• Experiences working with training centres and schools preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, trainees and also external parties at various levels
• Good marketing skills with administrative background will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and has good time management skills
• Good attitude and steady to handle adhoc tasks
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, social media
• Preparation, facilitating, conducting of classrooms training
• Perform training administration duties and maintain training records
• Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback
• Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements
• Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner
• Any other adhoc projects / tasks delegated by the Managing Director

The Event Services Executive supports clients' event venue needs with the relevant venue capability and capacity for events. He/She understands clients' requirements and collaborates with the Venue Operations department to configure venue facilities according to clients' needs.

He/She is organised and possesses good interpersonal skills to coordinate amongst multiple stakeholders to execute event venue services effectively. He/She is also able to multi-task and works independently to ensure the event venues meet clients' needs.

He/She works long hours on an irregular schedule, due to events that may be held over weekends, holidays and after-office hours. He/She also travels frequently between the office and clients' offices, vendors and event locations to manage the planning and execution of events.

Job Description:

Handling accounts payable transactions, ensuring all purchases & expenses are processed accurately and timely.

Acting as the point of contact between vendors, purchasers, engineers, and the finance team to streamline communication and ensure smooth operations.

Managing the process of issuing payments to vendors and service providers, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policies and deadlines.

Generating and analyzing monthly financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Preparing and maintaining the accounts payable ageing report and managing cash flow for trade activities to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Coordinating with relevant parties to manage the logistics and financial aspects of incoming trade shipments.

Managing inter-company fund transfers to ensure proper allocation and tracking of financial resources across different entities.

Handling various ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required to support the finance team and overall business operations.

Providing backup support to accounts team, ensuring continuity of operations during absences or high workload periods.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling account payable non trade

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Experience knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantageob Description & Requirements

• Handles full aspect of accounts payable using SAP system.
• Ensure payments are processed on a timely basis in accordance to vendor’s credit terms.
• Handles full set of accounts including monthly management accounts.
• Prepares various weekly/monthly management reports.
• Responsible for fixed assets management.
• Coordinates the logistic aspects of any incoming shipments of spare parts, machinery, etc.
• Prepares quarterly GST report and GST related matters.
• Liaises with external auditors and prepares audit schedules.
• Closes month-end accounts within the stipulated deadline.
• Performs any duties as and when assigned.

Requirement:
