Strategy Development:
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to formulate and oversee the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific, leveraging all channels to drive business growth.
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on maximizing revenue and customer engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Plan, implement, and refine strategies aimed at attracting and retaining online customers, including customer engagement initiatives, enhancing the eStore's customer journey, and creating compelling content to improve conversion rates.
- Conceptualize and craft engaging content, including copywriting, for organic and paid acquisition channels such as digital advertisements and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand, marketing, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Establish and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media outlets, brands, and other stakeholders, overseeing partnerships from inception to execution.
- Generate monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, providing actionable insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure content remains current, relevant, and innovative.
eCommerce Channel Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the eStore and various marketplaces, including storefront updates, order fulfillment, and resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and update eCommerce content, ensuring accuracy of product listings, pricing, and information across all platforms.
- Plan and execute tactical promotions and campaigns to support key marketing initiatives on eCommerce platforms.
- Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on platforms like TikTok, fostering relationships with content creators to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize user experience, and enhance backend operations.
- Analyze and evaluate product and campaign performances to enhance marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Proven track record in managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and proprietary eStores to drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with Shopify for eStore management is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Results-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong aesthetic sense, with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or similar image-editing software preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
