Job Title: Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets register, conduct physical asset counts, and assist with tagging.
• Verify authorization for asset disposal and movement, including Form K verification.
• Prepare bank-related documents, including resolutions, and update cheque signatories.
• Project cash flow for HQ and all Centres and manage monthly depreciation entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation for HQ and various centres.
• Research fixed deposit rates, prepare proposals, and oversee placements for fixed deposits.
• Process data entry in the finance system (FO), including FD interest and subvention provision.
• Facilitate intercompany settlements and manage funds transfers to HQ.
• Conduct cash counts as required.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer/Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, ensuring payments are processed accurately, and supporting monthly account reconciliations.
