Job Duties:

· Perform general administrative duties.

· Attend to queries via calls, data entry, record keeping and handle courier services and mail.

· Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationery requisition, and managing office assets list.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments.

· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities.

Requirements:

· Pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.

· Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).

· No experience needed.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred.
