The Job

As a member of the CapitaLand Development in-house legal team, you will be working on several complex transactions involving real estate acquisitions, development and divestments. This would involve structuring based on legal requirements and to achieve tax efficiency, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general advisory work. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Ability to produce character and environment models

Ensure that any 3D bugs are fixed

Contribute to the game's content creation

Coordinate with the Art Lead, estimate the time needed to complete 3D art tasks

Actively work with other department stakeholders and external collaborators

Takes ownership of work and is able to work independently

Job Requirements:

Ability to translate concept and reference artwork into 3D game assets

Passionate about video games

Has experience in working with Unity engines

Has some experience in rigging and animation

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research for NPD.
2. Assist in packaging checks.
3. Check and screen through PR emails which consist of sponsorships, product feedback and enquiries.
4. Participate and help the marketing team in events.
5. Assist in setting up product evaluation.
