• Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes – from job intake meetings, postings, sourcing, screening candidates, interview arrangements, negotiation, offer management and applying for work permits for selected candidates for shortlisted candidates. 
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract skilled candidates. 
• Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and deliver in speed and quality of hiring.

The Research Intern will be assisting the research team in supporting the TV Distribution businesses.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Data cleaning and organizing
• Tracking performance of NBCU content across various platforms – linear and digital
• Assist in populating templated reports
• Report writing and insight generation
• Brainstorm ideas for how to improve/ automate current processes in place

The Client Management Intern will work with the Account Management team. This team manages regional APAC clients and works closely with the global teams from London and Los Angeles to strategically maximize transactional video (TVOD) business. This includes distribution of theatrical and television titles via Pay Per View, Electronic Sell-Through & Video On-Demand platforms. We work closely with:

• Multi-territory platforms—such as Apple, Google, Amazon etc.
• In-territory (APAC) partners—such as Astro Malaysia, Korea Telecom, PCCW, etc.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Provide support for APAC Account Management team to further grow new media transactional business in the region.
• Pitch promotional activities to partners to generate incremental revenue.
• Strategize for optional promotional pricing with partners.
• Implement promotional price points using third party systems.
• Regulate new media partners’ platforms to ensure titles are on store with accurate information.
• Ensure the successful launch of digital boxsets.
• Analyze marketing trends such as pricing and release of new titles.
• Ensure titles are released with optimal marketing support.
• Work with peers across departments on assigned company-wide projects.

The Sales Strategy Intern will be supporting the APAC Sales Strategy team across Singapore and Sydney. This position will play an active role in analyzing market dynamics across Asia as well as contributing to the execution of commercial deals by providing analytical support (e.g. benchmarking, performance analysis).

• Monitor and conduct research on the competitive landscape and market trends, particularly in the new media and digital space

Television Distribution Marketing is a B2B marketing that support our licensees to launch our shows on their broadcasting platforms. Our team will be supporting our clients on TV Series and FILMS that are under NBCUniversal.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Assist in marketing materials to support client’s promotional activities
• Research on show information to include in the pitch deck.
• Reformat of pitch decks from LA to cater to clients’ pitches in Asia
• Assist in sales pitches presentations
• Manage and update company database for marketing contact in APAC
• Assist in organizing marketing events in Asia
• Assist the marketing team in administrative tasks.
• Reformat marketing strategy decks to allow relevant information for different clients in different markets

The role will be expected to work closely with business teams in Singapore and Sydney. Support controllership team in monthly closing, audit and tax related matter. Support Financial Planning Analysis team in budget planning if any. Involved in global project initiatives if any.

The Marketing & Affiliate Intern will support the APAC Marketing team, working across the Family & News portfolio of channel brands including CNBC, DreamWorks, Sky News, and Studio Universal.

• Support the Marketing team with planning and execution of consumer and trade marketing campaigns across APAC, working closely with international teams in Asia, Australia, and the UK
• Service key affiliates across APAC with monthly and weekly marketing deliverables including but not limited to programming highlights, cross promos, key arts and imagery, digital banners, reporting, etc.
• Create monthly programming highlights and liaise with translators to provide localised versions in various languages
• Conceptualise and send out monthly Inside CNBC eDMs to affiliates
• Liaise with graphic designer to brief artwork requests for marketing assets
• Liaise with on-air creative team to provide affiliates with cross promos
• Assist with new affiliate onboarding and launch marketing campaigns
• Support Head of Comms & PR on press release materials, media giveaways, and coverage reporting
• Liaise with external vendors such as event agencies and premiums suppliers
• Manage merchandise inventory and oversee shipping logistics
• Provide event support including but not limited to consumer activations, affiliate, and trade events

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Regional Marketing team to support the proper execution of film releases in markets across the region. You will facilitate and provide administrative and operational support on theatrical marketing of Universal Pictures films releases in South Asia region.

• Liaise with Home Office and licensee partners on film & franchise related matters
• Assist with servicing marketing assets and materials to partners, local offices, and vendors.
