The Role

We're looking for an intern to join the CEO's office to work on driving special projects & initiatives, as well as support day-to-day operations of the CEO. This individual will report directly to the CEO and will get to work cross functionally on the special projects.

We'll be looking for someone who is able to be an all-rounder, is a self-starter, eager & hungry to learn, very well organised, and has a good command of writing and general people skills.

What You'll Do

• Work with the CEO on special projects and initiatives, which will entail:
• Market research
• Outreach and general business development
• Scoping and planning
• Administrative planning and liaison work
• Project management
• Admin and ops work that supports the CEO's day-to-day operations
• Market/language specific projects that will require candidate's native fluency

Who You Are

No hard requirements in qualifications or skills, ideally the candidate:

• is a university student, no required major focus
• can speak Japanese and/or Korean fluently
• bilingual: has a good command of the English language and is adept at writing

• Develop compelling copies that enhance branding across various platforms such as social media platforms, marketing channels, press releases, and internal & external communications.
• Proof-reading creatives (print/digital)
• Get approval from the manager and make necessary improvements.
• Manage the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, including generating and distributing of reports.
• Monitoring of new media and market trends and opportunities to ensure our social media
  presence is locally relevant and innovative.
• Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas with the marketing team.
• Creation of content and collaterals across multiple mediums including but limited to film
  making, photography, post-editing, and copywriting.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and copywriting.
• Grammatically competent and literate.
• Articulate in discussing, debating, and presenting ideas.
• Conceptual thinking and ability to deliver a point-of-view about the work.
• Ability to accept constructive internal and/or external feedback on work.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily operations of the accounting functions including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare and process the bi-weekly vendor payments
• Assist in the implementation and migration of accounting system
• Prepare supporting documents for audit submissions
• Support in preparation of financial reports
• Perform general administration tasks and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance Major

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing compelling content for marketing materials, including press releases, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our online community, and tracking performance metrics.
• Event Promotion: Contribute to the promotion of upcoming performances and events by coordinating promotional campaigns, distributing flyers, and conducting outreach to potential sponsors or collaborators.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within the organization, including production, design, and sales, to ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
• To assist with any other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Communications related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Proficiency with Canva and video editing software. Basic photography and videography skills is also a must.
• Show an eye for design and a creative mindset, which will contribute to creating appealing and engaging content for social media platforms.
• Independent and positive work attitude.
• Familiarity with ballet and/or dance is a plus.
• Able to work on weekends for events.
