Overview of the role

• We are seeking a bright individual to support our Global Loans and Global Markets practice immediately.
• You will assist on legal research work, drafting, and other ad-hoc and legal adminstrative tasks assigned.
• This is a 3-month contract (renewable subject to business needs and performance) and we will require the individual to commit to the full contractual duration.

Qualifications

• LL.B Hons degree or equivalent experience.

Trainings

· Initial training will familiarise you with the workings, audit work papers, and overall audit.

· objectives and strategies. More in-depth training follows with participation in phases of an audit that will provide insight into plans and the details of executing further audit procedures and proper documentation. The program is designed to build up the intern’s understanding of the audit process, and as the internship progresses, he/she will be given increasingly complex tasks.

· After the completion of the internship and after participating in a number of audits interns should have a solid understanding of big picture of audits as well as the skills to perform common audit procedures. Additionally, the intern will gain experience in how a professional accounting firm operates and what is it like to work in a Chartered Accountant firm.

· Working Hours are from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. The firm only works on a 5 days workweek. Participation in at least five audit engagements is expected and possibly more, depending on the intern’s ability to grasp and apply concepts and techniques.

· During the training program, we continually provide feedback on ways to better organize work, look for mistakes, and increase efficiency.

· Interns will get a chance to deal with Clients with the guidance from their assigned Supervisors.

Web Developer Intern Roles and Responsibilities:

• Improve & automate company's business process through creation of new PHP web applications & improvement of existing code.
