• Manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for the group, including coordination and facilitating quarterly board meetings, minutes writing and resolution, and providing advice and support to board members
• Attend Annual General Meeting
• Act as SGX authorised user/representative, prepare and release SGX announcements, and submission of documents to SGX RegCo
• Liaise with corporate service providers, auditors, lawyers and other external parties on Corporate secretarial matters
• Support the management and board members in the corporate secretarial and compliance matters

Responsibilities:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ICSA qualification
• Possess minimally 8 years of experience in managing corporate secretarial matters, preferably in a listed company
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules
• Able to communicate and work well with people

• Assist in the development of our existing solutions and recommend improvements to our existing solutions
• Assist in delivering quality user experience and user interface
• Assist with the Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Documentation of new software solutions

• Desk research on current scientific interests (using Dimensions, Web of Science, Prophy, and others)
• Create regular reports on scientific trends based on above desk research, to present to Supervisor in Editorial Department
