JOB SUMMARY:

The Events Intern is responsible for supporting Events team with event-related duties, including administrative tasks, assisting with event planning and execution, and contributing to the overall success of member and guest experiences during events

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in brainstorming event ideas, from F&B promotions to themed parties and unique events aligned with member interests.
• Help source decor, props, games, and materials needed for events.
• Support the preparation of event decor elements and materials.
• Provide hands-on assistance during event set-up, execution, and breakdown.
• Manage RSVPs and warmly welcome members and guests on the day of events.
• Assist in ensuring a high level of member and guest experience throughout the event process.
• Collaborate with the team on daily operations and event planning tasks.
