New Product Introduction (NPI) is the end-to-end process of bringing a new product to the market from design concept to the end customer. It broadly encompasses the following stages of the engineering team: Lab Prototypes (LP), Production Prototypes (PP) & Production Ramp (PR).

As an NPI Engineering Intern at Rapsodo, you will be exposed to the different stages of NPI for Rapsodo’s upcoming products to be released. You will also be exposed to the manufacturing environment of how our products are built and supported by our Research & Development (R&D) Team.

This position is a full-time internship with SGAG. As a content strategist intern you will be part of a creative team producing social media content for the SGAG platform. You will work with the creative team throughout the video production process of ideating, scripting, filming and editing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and executing the company's vision to conceptualise, script, and produce entertaining video series on SGAG’s platforms.
• Conceptualising ideas that incorporate client’s marketing objectives to develop content suitable for the target audience whilst retaining SGAG’s core mission.
• Overseeing and handling the operational aspects of publishing content for SGAG’s platforms.
• Planning and creating marketing materials to promote SGAG’s series on its platforms.

Requirements:

• Keen interest in ideating and creating video content. Consuming personality-driven content daily is a plus.
• Familiar with social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Eager to learn and experiment with new content formats or creative undertakings.
• Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
• Driven, and is a creative problem solver.
• Experience with photography, videography and editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

QuickBooks Entry Management

• Update and maintain accurate financial entries from QuickBooks into local inventory and accounting systems.
• Perform timely reconciliation and ensure proper organization of financial records.

Printer & IT Equipment Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and conduct basic repairs on company printers and IT equipment.
• Support regular maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and optimize performance.

Customer Inquiry Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via the website or email.
• Address customer questions, route requests to relevant departments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Daily Operations Assistance

• Assist in packing, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment or delivery.
• Handle products safely and efficiently to maintain quality standards.

Monthly Stock Take

• Participate in monthly inventory counts to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Help organize and maintain accurate stock records to support inventory management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on printers and IT equipment.
