• Experience in supporting 24x7 operational environment

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience working with server and storage hardware, software, including VMware, Dell Server, Cisco UCS and Storage Systems, Windows etc.
• Candidate must have a good understanding of ITIL, including Service Management, Capacity Management, and Change Management
• Good verbal and written communications skills as required to communicate and explain technical and business issue to business users
