Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven working experience and education in both Singapore and China.
• Strong knowledge of both Chinese and Singaporean legal systems and regulatory environments, particularly in the areas of corporate governance, technology, and international partnerships.

Our client is a rapidly growing macro alternative investment manager, the firm specializes in trading interest rate products, vanilla equities, FX, and rates, operating across the Asian financial markets. Legal Support

Professional Expertise

Job Description

The main objective of the department is to assist the CRO’s Office in the management of MC Branch offices and subsidiaries in the Asia-Oceania region, of its related activities and support our senior executives in our head office in Tokyo on the aspect of internal legal services.

About The Role

We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as Legal Counsel based in Singapore.
