Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitates HSE risk assessment conducted by the line management and ensures all necessary preventive measures against the identified hazards are implemented.
• Reports HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and takes appropriate actions.
• Facilitates, assists, and provides guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.
• Provides feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across project management.
• Supports the Site/HSE Manager in reporting progress with respect to the implementation of the project-level HSE objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as required.
• Assists the line managers and supervisors in understanding their obligations, liabilities, and requirements for role fulfillment, as per local HSE laws and project-specific requirements.
• Supports and drives behavioral change through the local implementation of project specific performance improvement programs and practices.
• Supports and embeds an exemplary health and safety culture with a strong focus on the environment across their respective organization.
• Ensures that the appropriate HSE-related equipment and tools are available and used effectively.
• Contributes to and/or plans and executes HSE-related projects.
• Develops project objectives and reports the progress to management.

Qualification Requirements

• Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Project Workplace Safety and Health Officers (WSHO) with at least eight (8) years’ experience in industrial buildings and process plant construction projects.

· Work with hiring managers and agency to source, attract, and assess candidates.

Overview of the Role: Be a part of our dynamic team to manage patients flow in Parkway MediCenter (PMC) to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience in the facility. • Ensure patients are registered promptly and details are correctly captured in the system
• Ensure accurate tagging of Corporate / Insurance / Government and any other direct billingin system
• Ensure all appointments are captured accurately in system and follow up with clients,doctors and other departments promptly
• Handle enquires, transferring of calls, taking down important messages for follow up
• File and revert reports, ensuring tracking of referral appointments, follow up appointmentsare fulfilled in accordance to policies
• Ensure entries from the Doctors / Nurses and any other parties tallies with the billing andservice rendered
• Ensure bills are in accordance with contract requirement.
• Accepting correct LOG / Letter of Undertaking / Deposits for patients
• Close all transactions at the end of the clinic operations. Ensure Daily Reports tally with cashcollection and all cashless transactions.
• Other Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC certification in Business Administration or Diploma in any discipline
• GCE “O”/ “N” level

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Open to shift work arrangement

Job Responsibility:

• To assist the Project Manager to implement and monitor of Environmental Management systems at work site

• To prepare and submit the environmental control programme to the Project Manager and Construction Manager.

• To prepare relevant emergency response actions plan for the various emergency at the workplace.

• To promote and Implementation of Fall prevention plan for all working at height activities.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)

• Possess a valid registration with NEA as Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
