Your Responsibilities: -

• Answer customer inquiries and handle complaints related to shipments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costings, close all shipment files, and file documents accordingly.
• Communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth pickup/delivery of shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and keep customers updated on their orders.
• Bill and collect related charges timely from the consignee or its agent.
• Follow up effectively with airlines/overseas offices on any short-landed, damaged, or discrepancy cargo.

You will need: -

• Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse.
• Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedure and permit declaration.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
