Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance customer relationships.
• Conduct and ensure total accuracy in inventory management through cycle counts and record keeping for all inbound and outbound activities.
• Address discrepancies in shipments and inventory with customers weekly.
• Process orders and shipments precisely, following customer and managerial directives.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations for prompt and correct inventory transactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

Duties:

- Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion

The Research Officer would perform applied research using substantial theoretical and psychological expertise. Candidates must be proficient in all parts of the research process, including literature search, data collection, entry and management, statistical analysis, report writing, and communication of findings. Furthermore, research officers will be asked to help conceptualize and carry out studies following the Authority's research needs. Prospective candidates must be able to write clearly and concisely and present well (for example, during meetings or training activities).

Officers are responsible for all research-related administrative tasks. This will include liaising with various parties for meetings, preparing files and paperwork, etc. They will also be asked to conduct various administrative chores as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Draw on your expertise in psychology and behavioral sciences to help conceptualize and carry out applied research projects as required by the Authority.
• Conduct literature reviews and reports on research studies as directed by the Authority.
• Collect and analyze research data.
• Present study findings using presentations and training platforms (e.g., classroom, seminars).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite research requests.
• Providing publication-related assistance.
• Archive the research process and results as part of the Authority's knowledge management activities.
• Ensure that no official documents are lost and that they are safe.
• Any other obligations delegated by the Authority.
  

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree (preferably with honors) from a recognized course/program behavioral in psychology (preferred) or any field of study.
• One (1) year of work experience in psychology/ related behavioral sciences is preferred.
• Good writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of statistics and proficiency in the use of statistical software

TECHNICAL OFFICER

(LOCATION : CHANGI VILLAGE)

As part of our Development & Maintenance (D&M) Team in our Changi, you will report to our Operations/Resort Manager.

Job Description:

• Responsible for carry out breakdown repair & troubleshooting on all Facilities of Clubhouse including chalet units.
• Performing electrical and mechanical installation work when necessary.
• Liaise with term contractor to ensure work is properly carried out.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations of facilities of Clubhouse.
• Source for quotations and prepare work orders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Need to work on roster including weekends and public holidays
• Good knowledge in electrical trouble-shooting on faults and failures
• Must be willing to learn new technology
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
• Physically fit and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment
• 1- year contract term for this role is also available

Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience.
