How to Apply:

You must be a Singaporean citizen or a permanent resident to apply for this position.

1. Minimum 5 years as RTO with site experience in demolition works/A&A construction management and supervision of shopping mall developments.

2. Registered with IES as Resident Technical Officer.

3. Preferably with prior experience in A&A projects with demolition works.

4. Supervision of civil and building structural works according to project specifications, drawings, and Building Control Act.

5. Regularly report to the Architect / Engineer and Owner's Project Manager on all relevant matters.

6. Tentative contract commencement of work in Apr 2025.
