• Budget and Financial Management:
  Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  Monitor and report on marketing expenditures, performance metrics, and financial outcomes.
  Implement strategies to maximize marketing spend efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leadership and Team Development:
  Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

  Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Partnerships and Public Relations:

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the consumer goods or footwear industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and market research.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets and teams.
