Duties

1. Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites.
2. Work closely and Co-ordinate with each site to do manpower (Security Officers) forecast, planning for relief Security Officers to be on sites when necessary.
3. Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues.
4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organization.
5. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Able to carry out investigation and write reports.
7. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis.
8. Attend monthly site meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit monthly report to management.
9. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients.
10. Conduct on-the-job training.
11. Computer literate and able to do deployment and rosters.
12. Able to do stand in at site in the event on a last minute shortfall.

Requirements:

• Able to handle irregular working hours, working on Weekends/PHs if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & Outlook) & other basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Class 3 with own vehicle.
• Valid security license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage public relations programs

• Determine KPIs for PR department

• Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign

• Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders and client

• Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand

• Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed

• Working hours are from 9pm to 5am

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide operational security administration including creating and implementing user-defined rules according to requirements.
• Manage the implementation for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
• Conduct penetration tests, vulnerability, and risk assessments.
• Analyse Proof-of-Concept exploits to detect threats and identify security weaknesses.
• Ensure compliance to security standards and recommend security implementations.
• Manage, configure, and upgrade a wide variety of security technologies (e.g., MVMS (Tenable), PAM (BeyondTrust), EDR (Carbon Black), DAM (IBM Guardium), etc.)
• Troubleshoot common technical issues on the managed security technologies using strong fundamental knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP)
• Perform escalation to internal teams experts and/or external product vendors for any technical faulty.
• Prepare incident reports on high severity incidents.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance windows with customer on necessary software patching and version upgrades.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related IT / Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in IT Security field
• Experience is using MVMS (Tenable), PAM (BeyondTrust), EDR (Carbon Black), DAM (IBM Guardium)
• Certified CISSP would be an added advantage.
• Experience in Azure Cloud System is a plus.
• Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels.

Job Scope:

• Perform venepuncture for the collection of blood specimens
• Sorts and records all blood specimens collected and dispatched to the laboratory
• Practice Universal Precautions throughout the procedure
• Assist to identify and implement changes in the work processes of the phlebotomy service
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
• Candidate with a cert in phlebotomy is at advantage
• Able to work independently
