Overall Responsibilities:

As the senior security and client engagement officer, you will play a crucial role in execution of security plans and exercises within the premises. you will spearhead the implementation and enforcement of rigorous security protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of our premises and occupants. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM solutions, a proven track record in project management within Singapore’s public sector, and a strong ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. As this role involves working closely with government agencies, only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to understand requirements, define project objectives, and secure approvals.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• CRM Implementation (Preferred):

Qualifications:

Education:
