Job Description & Requirements (construction of tunnel)
- Must have at least 5 years of PRO experience in LTA / MRT projects
- Work with the Snr PRO to plan, discuss, seek approval and launch public relation programs (circulars, notices, letters, emails) for the various stakeholders’ information
- Handle feedback, enquiries, complaints, suggestions from the various stakeholders and follow up on them, take actions and resolve the issues
- Work closely with the operation teams, client, public and residents and take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from our construction activities in order to achieve smooth work operations
- Together with the Snr PRO, plan and make regular visits to residents and tenants affected by our construction activities, gather information and feedback from them while at the same time update and pre-empt them on the next flow of work operations and schedules
- Maintain proper recordings of the feedback and complaints received and actions taken in resolving the issues
- Prepare reports for management reviews and meetings
- Must be a good team player with good communication and written skills
- Able to work independently, self motivated and patient and able to work within tight schedule
- Able to start work within a short notice period will have an added advantage
- Must be able to work on alternate half day on Saturdays
