We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team at a luxury condominium. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents, visitors, and staff within the premises. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the condominium premises, ensuring only authorized persons are allowed entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of residents and detect any potential security issues.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage and operate surveillance systems (CCTV) and maintain security logs and incident reports.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and report incidents accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of conducting regular patrols and handling emergency situations.
• Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
