Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises during the evening hours to ensure the security of the property and its occupants.
• Perform regular checks and patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security doors, windows, and gates are secure.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing for signs of crime, disorder, or hazard.
• Document nightly operations in a logbook, recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Enforce property rules and regulations as required.
• Handle any security-related issues or emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.

• Represent the company in claims matters at the Small Claims Tribunal.
• Attend mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
• Handle feedback from salespersons and consumers.
• Manage debt recovery and collection matters.
• Draft legal documents.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments in support of the department as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Law.
• Preferably with some years of experience in a similar role.
• Training will be provided to handle various legal matters.
• Good knowledge of contract and real estate law is advantageous.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Provide legal guidance on property-related matters to sales team members.
• Represent the company in claims proceedings at the Small Claims Tribunal.
• Participate in mediation sessions to resolve commission-related disputes.
• Address feedback from sales personnel and customers.
• Oversee debt recovery and collection processes.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the department.

Requirements:

• Preferably with relevant experience in a similar role.
• Training will be provided for managing various legal responsibilities.
• Familiarity with contract and real estate law is an advantage.
