Role Overview:
The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of public relations, marketing, and communications to enhance the visibility and reputation of our establishment. This individual will develop and execute strategies to drive foot traffic, engage customers, and create a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote the wine bar and restaurant, focusing on driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with restaurant customers on-site, ensuring they have a positive and personalized experience. Address any concerns, provide recommendations, and gather feedback.
• Guest Relations: Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, regular customers, and special events, ensuring all their needs are met during their visit.
• Public Relations Strategy Execution: Assist in executing the restaurant's public relations strategy, including promoting special events, new menus, and collaborations with influencers.
• Event Hosting: Assist with in-restaurant events such as wine tastings, special dinners, and private events. Ensure smooth communication between the staff and guests.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and report guest feedback to management, suggesting improvements where necessary to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• On-Site Content Creation: Capture moments from the restaurant, including events and special occasions, for use in social media and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Public Relations, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to understand customer preferences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and provide outstanding service.
• Knowledge of wine and fine dining is a plus.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project management knowledge.
• Systems design, programing, equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Assist with any sales activities and pre-project work.
• Solving problem and trouble shooting.
• Maintain high level knowledge related to security systems, tech, and management.
• Client engagement and training.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous related working experience is an advantage (Minimum 2 years’ experience)
• Basic IT knowledge in Hardware, Database and Network.
• Candidates have Project Management experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with CCTV and Alarm system products, Access Control and System is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Past experience with Cisco, Tyco, Lenel and GE is a clear advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Client service oriented.
• Fast learners.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English (Listening, oral, read and writing).

• Shift pattern will be 4 working days with 2 days off / 5 days work with 1 day off
• 12 hours permanent shift

  i. Gross salary: up to $2,850
